QUINTAIN APPOINTS NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The board of Quintain is delighted to announce that it has appointed Pam
Alexander as a non-executive director with effect from 22 July 2003.

led the Agency Policy Review for Cabinet Office and Treasury Ministers, who
accepted her recommendations for improving service delivery through the
Government's 130 Executive Agencies. More recently, she was appointed as the
Interim Director of The Churches Conservation Trust, in May 2003, a position she
will hold until September 2003.
No further details remain to be disclosed as required under chapter 16.4 of the

Nigel Ellis, Chairman of Quintain, commented:
'Pam has extensive experience of leading social housing projects and policies
across England and creating partnerships for sustainable regeneration. As a
result, she has forged a strong network of contacts across the government,
private and voluntary sectors and has in-depth knowledge about community,
housing and regeneration issues.
'We are confident that her expertise will prove an invaluable asset to Quintain
as we increase our activity on the Greenwich Peninsula, at Wembley and, indeed,
in other important business areas.'
