                            Resignation of Director

The Board of Quadrise announces that, at a Board meeting on 29 November 2007, Mr
Anthony Kallis, Commercial Director, tendered his resignation, with immediate
effect.

Mr Kallis has relocated to South Africa due to personal circumstances but will
provide assistance to the Company on a consultancy basis, as required. The Board
wishes him every success for his future plans and would also like to thank him
for his contribution to the development of Quadrise since its admission to AIM.
