Following Quintain Estates & Development PLC's preliminary announcement of
results for the year ended 31 March 2000 on Tuesday 30th May 2000 the ex
dividend date has been revised to 12th June.  The dividend timetable is
therefore as follows:

-    Ex dividend date - 12th June 2000 (revised date)
-    Record date - 16th June 2000
-    Dividend payment date - 19th July 2000
