FUND MANAGEMENT PRESENTATION

Quintain Estates and Development will hold a seminar on its Fund Management business for investors and analysts at 09.15 today in London. The presentation will include an update on Quintain's Fund Management activities which will be hosted by David Gavaghan (Executive Director - Fund Management) and Rebecca Worthington (Finance Director), and include a tour of iQ Hoxton, a new development which is opening to students for the first time this September. No new material information will be disclosed in the presentation.
