Quadrise Fuels International plc ('the Company')

Hichens, Harrison & Co. plc have exercised their option to acquire 300,000
ordinary shares in the Company at 10p per share. The shares will be issued and
allotted by the Company in due course, and it is anticipated that the shares
will be admitted to trading on AIM on 10 November 2006.
