New joint venture with Hong Kong investor to develop Greenwich Peninsula

Publication of Class 1 circular

Further to the announcement on 18 June 2012, Quintain announces that it has published the Class 1 circular for the new joint venture relating to Greenwich Peninsula Regeneration Limited with Knight Dragon Limited, an investment vehicle ultimately owned by Dr. Henry Cheng Kar-Shun. A copy of the circular is also being sent to shareholders.  

The general meeting to approve the transaction will be held at the Hilton Hotel, Lakeside Way, Wembley, Middlesex HA9 0BU on 23 July 2012 at 10.30am (or, if later, immediately following conclusion of the Company's annual general meeting to be held at 10.00 am on that date). Completion of the transaction is expected to occur on or around 24 July 2012.
