Quadrise Fuels International plc (AIM: QFI) announces that it has today posted its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2019 together with a notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to shareholders. Both documents will be available from the Company's website at www.quadrisefuels.com shortly.
The AGM will be held at Park Plaza Victoria, 239 Vauxhall Bridge Road, London SW1V 1EQ at 12.00 noon on 29 November 2019.
