Board Change

Mr Alfredo Villa, a non executive director of Brainspark, has resigned from the Board with immediate effect. He leaves to pursue other business and charity interests.

Francesco Gardin, Chairman, said 'Brainspark wishes to thank Alfredo for his input over the years, and we wish him well in his new ventures'.
