                     INVESTMENT IN CHANNEL INTERNATIONAL LTD

Brainspark, the incubator business focused on germinating and developing
Internet related businesses, today announced a new investment in Channel
International Ltd.

Channel International is a business-to-business recruitment management 
service which uses the internet to link businesses to a wide range of 
recruitment agencies globally. It will work with global companies who 
outsource their recruitment management process to Channel International. A key
component of the business model is the development of a web-enabled 
proprietary recruitment management tool. Channel International expects to form
3-5 year agreements with global companies which have significant recruitment
requirements.

Marilyn Gardner MBA, Founder and Chief Executive of Channel International has
spent much of her career working in corporate HR, including Mircrosoft and
Saatchi & Saatchi.

Brainspark is investing £500,000 in Channel International, taking the number 
of companies incubated by Brainspark to nine.

Stewart Dodd, Chief Executive of Brainspark commented:

multi-national business on a large scale.  It is a very strong proposition, 
combining good technology with an effective business process outsourcing
model. We believe that HR is currently underserved in general and is
fragmented and localised.
