         BRAINSPARK ANNOUNCES NEW INVESTMENT IN PROPEX

Brainspark  plc  (www.brainspark.com) the  incubation  business
focused on germinating and developing Internet related businesses
announced today a £1 million investment in Propex (www.propex.co.uk).

Propex  is a business to business commercial property  portal,
which will act  as  a  partner solution for both  principles  and
agents  in  the  commercial  property  world.  It  will allow the
commercial  property  buyer  to communicate  their  investment
needs  to  the  market. For the seller it is a powerful marketing
management system and acts as  a highway into their own web 
resources.

Revenue  will  be  generated  from  membership  licence  fees,
commission  on  transactions, plus revenue from  research  and
advertising.   Propex  has  plans  to  become  a  pan-European
company.

Propex  was  created by the two founders of Barber White,  the
property  investment  analysts.  More  than  £11  billion   of
property  transactions are completed in  the  UK  every  year
and Propex is taking first steps toward creating an electronic 
trading platform for this important market place.

This investment takes the number of companies incubated by 
Brainspark to twelve.
