Notice of Annual General Meeting

Brainspark announces that it will hold an Annual General Meeting of shareholders to approve, among other things, the accounts to 31 December 2010, at via Quaranta 40, Milan, Italy, at 11.00 a.m. on Tuesday, 12 June 2012. It is expected that the next shareholder meeting to receive the accounts to 31 December 2011 will be held in London in July.

The Notice of Annual General Meeting was posted to shareholders on Friday 18 May and is also available on the Company's website (www.brainspark.com).
