The Board of Brainspark confirms that discussions with Durlacher Corporation
plc which might have led to an offer being made for the Company have been
terminated.

The Company is at an advanced stage of discussions with another interested
party, which may or may not lead to an offer being made for the Company.  A
further announcement will be made in due course.
