London 25/07/01 - Brainspark plc announces that the assets of Leisurehub.com
Ltd, one of Brainspark's partner companies, were sold on 20 July 2001 for a
nominal sum, following which Leisurehub.com Ltd was put into members voluntary
liquidation, with remaining funds being returned to shareholders.
