Quantum Exponential Group plc (AQUIS: QBIT), a company focused on investing in quantum technology, announces that, further to the announcement dated 3 October 2024, its ordinary shares will be withdrawn from trading on the Aquis Stock Exchange Growth Market with effect from 4.30pm today.

The Board is reviewing the possibility of joining a private trading facility to enable shareholders to trade their shares and will provide further updates in due course.

The Directors take responsibility for this announcement.
