Quartix Technologies plc, a leading supplier of subscription-based vehicle tracking systems, software and services, has been notified today that Glen Middleton, a PDMR of the Company and his wife Gina Middleton sold a total of 8,176 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 183.55 pence per Ordinary Share. As a result, the combined shareholding of Glen Middleton and his wife in the Company is 56,310 Ordinary Shares.
