NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

In accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1), Quarto announces that it received notice on 12 August 2014 that Mr. Michael Hartley, Senior Independent Director, purchased 3,000 shares of common stock of $0.10 each ('Shares') in Quarto at a price of 142.5p per share on 12 August 2014.

Following this transaction Mr Hartley holds 5,000 Shares representing 0.03% of Quarto's issued share capital.
