The Company has been informed today, that subsequent to a purchase of shares on
17 December 2007, discretionary clients of Cavendish Asset Management Limited
have an interest in 597,500 shares in the issued share capital of the Company,
in addition, Cavendish Opportunities Fund have an interest in 225,000 shares in
the issued share capital of the Company. These interests totalling 822,500
shares represent approximately 4.02% of the total shares in issue.
