The Company has been informed today, that subsequent to a sale of 432,500 shares
on 8 January 2008, discretionary clients of Cavendish Asset Management Limited
have an interest in 165,000 shares in the issued share capital of the Company.

In addition, Cavendish Opportunities Fund has an interest in 225,000 shares in
the issued share capital of the Company. These interests totalling 390,000
shares represent approximately 1.9% of the total shares in issue.
