Quilter plc (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 7 pence each through J.P. Morgan Securities plc.

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.

Since 11 March 2020, the Company has purchased 15,645,923 shares at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of £17,267,708.39.

Following settlement of the above transaction, the Company will hold none of its ordinary shares in treasury and will have 1,871,776,030 ordinary shares in issue.
