Transactions in own shares

Quilter plc (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 7 pence each from J.P. Morgan Equities South Africa Proprietary Limited.

Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased:	1,884,296
Price paid per Company share purchase:	2108.35 cents

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares

Since 11 March 2020, the Company has purchased 10,511,847 shares at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of ZAR 238,698,397.34¹

Following settlement of the above transaction, the Company will hold none of its ordinary shares in treasury and will have 1,876,889,366 ordinary shares in issue.
