Transactions in own shares

Quilter plc (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 7 pence each from J.P. Morgan Equities South Africa Proprietary Limited.

Date of purchase:	18 August 2021
Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased:	1,089,499
Price paid per Company share purchase:	3,094.95 cents

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares

Since 27 May 2021, the Company has purchased 13,058,686 shares at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of ZAR 397,520,855.66¹

Following settlement of the above transaction, the Company will hold none of its ordinary shares in treasury and will have 1,706,157,442 ordinary shares in issue.
