Transactions in own shares

Quilter plc (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 7 pence each from J.P. Morgan Equities South Africa Proprietary Limited.

Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased:	696,275
Price paid per Company share purchase:	2,941.43 cents

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares

Since 27 May 2021, the Company has purchased 10,262,704 shares at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of ZAR 308,852,674.83¹

Following settlement of the above transaction, the Company will hold none of its ordinary shares in treasury and will have 1,713,363,464 ordinary shares in issue.
