Transactions in own shares

Quilter plc (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 7 pence each from J.P. Morgan Equities South Africa Proprietary Limited.

Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased:	1,960,456
Price paid per Company share purchase:	2,872.48 cents

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares

Since 13 September 2021, the Company has purchased 7,480,321 shares at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of ZAR 216,550,208.75¹

Following settlement of the above transaction, the Company will hold none of its ordinary shares in treasury and will have 1,687,182,236 ordinary shares in issue.
