Change of Director role

The Board of Randall & Quilter (AIM: RQIH), the specialist non-life insurance investor, is pleased to announce the appointment of Tom Booth as Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect.

Tom has been with Randall & Quilter since October 2009 in the role of Corporate Finance Director and was appointed to the Board as Executive Director in January 2011.  He was previously a corporate adviser and investment banker, specialising in the non-life insurance industry.

Alan Quilter, previously Chief Financial Officer, will now assume the new Executive position of Chief Operating Officer.

Ken Randall, Executive Chairman and Chief Executive, said:

"Tom has been instrumental in the Group's evolution over the past 18 months and I look forward to working with him in his new role as we continue to grow our business in each of the four core business segments."

The Group was founded by Ken Randall, Executive Chairman and Chief Executive, and Alan Quilter, Chief Operating Officer, who both have extensive experience in the industry including as Head of Regulation of Lloyd's and as Head of the Market Financial Services Group respectively.
