The Company has been notified that on 30 October 2015 Kenneth Randall transferred 328,125 of his holding of ordinary shares in the Company to his self-invested personal pension (SIPP). Mr Randall continues to hold 16,235,446 ordinary shares which represents 22.61% of the Company's issued share capital.
