Director Dealings
Randall & Quilter (AIM: RQIH), the specialist non-life insurance investor, service provider and underwriting manager, was notified on 14 September 2010 that on 14 September 2010 Kevin Paul McNamara, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 12,000 ordinary shares of 2 6/91p each in Randall & Quilter at a price of 92 pence per share (the "Shares"). Following this purchase, Mr McNamara is interested in 39,106 ordinary shares of 2 6/91p each representing approximately 0.07% of the issued share capital of the Company.
