Tom Booth, Group Chief Financial Officer of the Company has been allotted 245,132 ordinary shares of 2 pence each as recommended by the Remuneration and Nominations Committee and in accordance with his service contract.
In addition, the Company has issued a total of 36,404 new ordinary shares of 2 pence each to employees as part of their remuneration packages or share option plan. There remain 65,000 unapproved options outstanding, all of which have vested but have not been exercised.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 281,536 new ordinary shares to trading on AIM. Admission of the new shares is expected to take place at 8.00am on 5 July 2017.
Following the allotment to Mr Booth his total shareholding in the Company will be 1,431,326 shares which will represent 1.63% of the total issued share capital and voting rights.
As a result of these transactions the total issued share capital will therefore increase to 87,677,783 ordinary shares of 2 pence each. There are no shares in Treasury and the total voting rights will therefore be 87,677,783.
