The Company has been notified that on 2 September 2020 Alan Quilter, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, sold his interest in 250,000 ordinary shares in the Company. Mr Quilter continues to hold 2,878,071 ordinary shares which represents 1.29% of the Company's issued share capital and 1.29% of the total voting rights.
