Movement of Shares into Treasury
11 August 2014
In accordance with rule 17 of the AIM Rules RQIH announces that on 15 July 2014 it purchased Depositary Receipts ("DRs") representing 230,000 Ordinary shares of 2p each to be held in treasury. The transfers were registered on 4 August 2014.
Following this transaction the Company holds DRs representing 230,000 Ordinary shares of 2p each in treasury. The Company's Employee Benefit Trust holds DRs representing 68,338 Ordinary shares of 2p each, which shares are deemed to be held in treasury, having waived their voting rights.
At the date of this announcement the Company has in issue 71,776,080 Ordinary shares of 2p each, of which 298,338 Ordinary shares of 2p each are held in treasury or deemed to be held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in issue is therefore 71,477,742 Ordinary shares of 2p each.
