Notification of Interest in Shares

In accordance with AIM Rule 17, Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings Ltd. (AIM:RQIH) (the "Company") announces the following relevant change to the holding of a significant shareholder, JO Hambro Capital Management Limited ("JO Hambro").
As a result of the completion of the placing which was announced on 28 February, the Company yesterday issued an additional 1,899,879 ordinary shares to JO Hambro at a price of 117p per share. The Company understands that JO Hambro now holds 8,302,643 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company representing 9.5% of the total issued shares of the Company.
