                                ADDITIONAL LISTING

The Directors advise that the Company has allotted 320,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p
at 55p per share in the Company following the exercise of warrants.  Application
will be made for the shares to be admitted to trading on AIM.  The shares rank
pari passu with the Company's issued ordinary shares and dealings are expected
to commence on 4 April 2007.

Following this listing, the total number of issued Ordinary Shares of 1p with
voting rights will be 40,350,000.
