Rambler Continues to Intersect Significant Mineralization
5.15% Cu and 1.5 g/T Au over 9.84 feet
LONDON, ENGLAND & BAIE VERTE, NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR--(CCNMatthews - Aug. 6, 2007) - Rambler Metals
and Mining plc (TSX VENTURE:RAB)(AIM:RMM) is pleased to announce continued successful results from its
ongoing surface drilling program.
- RM07-19g returns 9.84 feet of 5.15% copper with 1.5 g/T gold on the 1807 Zone
- RM07-08d returns multiple intersections of plus 2% copper on the Ming Footwall Zone
George Ogilvie, Vice President and COO of Rambler reports:
"These significant results demonstrate how we are continuing to increase the tonnes of in-situ
contained metal. Such continued interceptions of significant grade adds to the robustness of the
project ensuring that susceptibility to long term commodity prices is reduced. Critically, both the
1807 Zone and Ming Massive Sulphide Zone are open up and down plunge adding further opportunity for
resource expansion."
Ming Deposit and 1807 Zone
RM07-19g is the furthest hole drilled up plunge of the 1807 mine workings to date. Rambler's drilling
has outlined a plunge length of 250 metres on this horizon which remains open both up and down plunge.
The drill rig on this setup has been moved down plunge to follow up on the high copper grades seen in
the RM18 series of holes which reported 17.65% copper and 3.5 g/T gold over 8.53 feet in RM07-18 (see
Rambler Press Release February 14, 2007). Additional results from this setup are anticipated in coming
weeks.

Ming Footwall Zone
The Ming Footwall Zone (MFZ) in RM07-08d continues to define thick copper mineralization between the
RM04 and RM08 series of holes. The wide intersections in this drill hole will play a key role when
Rambler embarks on its 43-101 compliant reserve resource calculation in 2008.

Dewatering and Underground Delineation Program
The dewatering of the old mine continues and at the time of this release some 40 million gallons of
water have been pumped and processed by the water treatment plant.
George Ogilvie, Vice President and COO stated;
"After seven weeks we have completed 20% of our dewatering program and are well on track to have the
mine dewatered during Q1 2008. Access has already been gained to the upper ramp and mining areas which
are in excellent condition and have required minimal rehabilitation. At the end of Q3 2007 the first
of our underground diamond drill rigs will be mobilized to begin the underground delineation drilling
program. The first drill is due to arrive at site ahead of schedule on 14 September 2007."

All tonnes are dry metric tonnes
Drill intercepts quoted are core lengths; true widths are estimated to be 90% to 95% of the
intersected core lengths. Samples are shipped by courier to Activation Laboratories Ltd. where a 34
element ICP analysis and gold fire assay are preformed.
