Rambler Intersects 3.1% Copper Over 29.53 Feet on Ming Footwall Zone
LONDON, ENGLAND and BAIE VERTE, NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR--(Marketwire - Sept. 5, 2007) - Rambler Metals and
Mining plc (TSX VENTURE:RAB)(AIM:RMM) is pleased to announce additional intersections from its ongoing surface
drilling program.
- RM07-20 returns 1.31 feet of 15.2% copper with 1.7 g/T gold on the 1807 Zone
- RM07-08e returns 29.53 feet of 3.1% copper on the Ming Footwall Zone and 21.3% copper over 0.66 feet on the
Ming Zone
George Ogilvie, Vice President and COO reports:
"These results are encouraging as they continue the trend of high grade mineralization from the Ming Mine.
Importantly the mineralization in the 1807 zone now extends over a plunge length of 350m and is open both up-
dip and down-dip presenting further potential for significant mineralized intersections."
Ming Deposit and 1807 Zone
RM07-20 was planned to target the high grade 1807 zone 100m down plunge of any existing diamond drill
intersection to date. New drill holes are currently planned to test across strike and both up and down plunge.
RM07-08e intersected massive sulphide returning 21.3% copper and 7.6 g/T gold over 0.66 feet. These types of
Ming Massive Sulphide grades have also been seen in RM06-04e that returned 39.36 feet of 3.18% copper and 3.8
g/T gold including 4.92 feet of 11.70% copper and 13.5 g/T gold (see Rambler press release 30 May, 2006).
Additional results from both drill setups are anticipated in the coming weeks.

Ming Footwall Zone
The Ming Footwall Zone (MFZ) in RM07-08e has demonstrated the potential of this zone to produce plus 3% copper
intersections over significant widths. Future holes in the area will be drilled on 50 metre centres across
strike and along plunge to comply with Rambler's 43-101 'indicated resource' drill spacing requirement.

Dewatering and Underground Delineation Program
George Ogilvie, Vice President and COO stated:
"At the time of release nearly 65 million US gallons of water from the old mine have been pumped and treated.
New levels continue to open up allowing access to areas that had previously been underwater. The ground
conditions within the mine remain good which means minimal rehabilitation. This allows the crews to return air,
water and electrical services to the mine in a timely manner. We remain on track to begin our underground
delineation drilling program in Q4 2007"

All tonnes are dry metric tonnes.
Drill intercepts quoted are core lengths; true widths are estimated to be 90% to 95% of the intersected core
lengths. Analytical results for Rambler core in this press release were determined at Eastern Analytical,
Springdale, NL. Samples are then shipped by courier to Activation Laboratories Ltd., Ancaster Ontario, where a
34 element ICP analysis and gold fire assay are performed.
