Rambler Announces Option Grants

LONDON, ENGLAND and BAIE VERTE, NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR--(Marketwire - Dec. 14, 2007) - Rambler Metals and
Mining plc (TSX VENTURE:RAB)(AIM:RMM) reports that it has agreed to grant a total of 534,000 stock options to
its employees and officers. The exercise price of the options was set at C$1.10 based upon the undiscounted
closing price.
