Rambler Announces Options Grant
London, England & Baie Verte, Newfoundland and Labrador - Rambler Metals and Mining plc (TSXV: RAB, AIM: RMM) 'Rambler' or the 'Company')
announces that on 1 July 2010 a total of 154,000 stock options were granted to a number of employees at Rambler. The options were granted at a
price of C$0.44. The options are exercisable within ten years from the date of grant, vesting as follows:
(i) one third on or after the date of the grant;
(ii) one third on or after the first anniversary of the date of grant;
(iii) one third on or after the second anniversary of the date of grant.
