Resignation of Director

London, England, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada - Rambler Metals and Mining plc (AIM: RMM) ("Rambler" or the "Company"), a copper and gold producer, explorer, and developer, today announces the resignation of Ms. Belinda Labatte as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.

Ms. Labatte has recently accepted a full-time CEO position at Lomiko Metals Inc and wishes to devote her time to her new role. During her time with the Company, Ms Labatte served as a director and chair of the Safety, Health, and Environment committee.

Brad Mills, Non-Executive Chairman, commented:

"On behalf of the board, I want to thank Ms. Labatte for her five years of service to the Company. It has been a pleasure to work with her and I wish her every success in her new role.  The board will consider the vacancy on the board in due course."
