Result of General Meeting and Admission of Placing Shares
London, England & Baie Verte, Newfoundland and Labrador - Rambler Metals and Mining PLC (TSXV:
RAB, AIM: RMM) announces that at its General Meeting, held this morning to approve resolutions
relating to the placing of 9,660,000 new ordinary shares ("the Placing Shares"), all resolutions
were duly passed.
Application has been made for the Placing shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, with admission
and completion of the placing expected to take place on Friday 12 April 2008. Following admission,
the total number of shares in issue will be 59,385,000.
