Ramsdens Holdings PLC ('Ramsdens' or the 'Company') announces that on 25 June 2018, Kelly Johnson, the wife of Michael Johnson, Operations Director, sold 300,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Kelly will hold 388,840 Ordinary Shares and Michael continues to hold 150,000 Ordinary Shares.
