3. ANNUAL REPORT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2006.

The Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2006
was mailed to shareholders on 30 March 2007 and can be found on Rank's website
at www.Rank.com, together with the 2006 Annual Review and Summary Financial
Statements and the Notice of Annual General Meeting which will be held on
Thursday, 3 May 2007.

Copies of all the documents referred to above are also available for inspection
at the Company's registered office: Statesman House, Stafferton Way, Maidenhead,
Berkshire SL6 1AY during normal business hours.
