The Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2008 was mailed to shareholders on 25 March 2009 and can be found on Rank's website at www.rank.com, together with the notice to shareholders of online publication of the 2008 Annual Report and Financial Statements and the Notice of Annual General Meeting which will be held on Thursday, 23 April 2009.
