The following information is given in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14
subsequent to John Warren's appointment as a non-executive director of The Rank
Group Plc ('Rank') on 1 January 2006.

Rank has been notified by John Warren that with effect from 16 March 2007 he has
been appointed to the Board of Uniq plc as a non-executive director and that he
will cease to be a non-executive director of Arla Foods UK plc as from 4 April
2007.

From 4 April 2007 John Warren's non-executive directorships will comprise Bovis
Homes Group plc, BPP Holdings plc, Spectris Plc, The Rank Group Plc and Uniq
plc.


Apart from this change to the information originally disclosed under Listing
Rule 9.6.13(1) there is no further information which would require disclosure
under sub paragraphs 9.6.13(2) to 9.6.13(6) of those Rules.
