                               DIRECTORS' DEALING

The following amendment has been made to the Director's Dealing announcement
released on 12 May 2006 under RNS 8942C.

The Rank Group Plc ('the Company') announces that executive director Mr Peter
Gill has an interest in 10,000 Ordinary shares following the purchase on 12 May
2006, and not 12 April 2006 as previously stated, of 10,000 Ordinary shares at
the price of 225.50p. Mr Gill's total holding in the Company is now 10,000
Ordinary shares.
