Grant of SAYE Options

On 3 October 2007 options were granted pursuant to the Company's 2005 Share
Savings Scheme (the 'Scheme') to the following directors and persons discharging
management responsibility ('PDMR'):

The options have an exercise price of 139p per share and will normally be
exercisable between 1 December 2010 and 31 May 2013.

Ian Burke and Peter Gill have cancelled their existing option contracts over
5,053 and 8,756 Ordinary shares respectively, which had been granted to them
under the Scheme on 2 October 2006 at an exercise price of 187p per share.
