On 22 November 2018 the following awards over ordinary shares of 13 ⁸/₉ pence in The Rank Group Plc (the "Company") were granted under The Rank Group 2010 Long-Term Incentive Plan to the following person(s) discharging managerial responsibilities:

The awards will ordinarily vest in three tranches, each representing a distinct one-third of the number of vested shares under the award, on 22 November 2021, 1 October 2022 and 1 October 2023. The performance conditions measure a blend of financial targets (as to 70% of each award) and strategic targets (as to the remaining 30% of each award).
