The following amendment has been made to the Director Shareholding announcement
released on 15 June 2006 under RNS 6696E.

Mr Shannon's total holding following the purchase of 661 Ordinary shares should
have been 5,661 Ordinary shares and not 661 Ordinary shares as previously
stated.

All other details remain unchanged.
