On 7 November 2007, the Company received notification from Credit Suisse (under
the obligations imposed by Section DTR5 of the FSA's Disclosure & Transparency
Rules) that, as at 5 November 2007, Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited
ceased to have a notifiable interest (i.e. its aggregate shareholding is below
3%) in the voting rights attached to the Ordinary 13 8/9p shares of The Rank
Group Plc.
