the obligations imposed by Section DTR5 of the FSA's Disclosure & Transparency
Rules) that, as at 28 November 2007, Morgan Stanley Securities Limited
(Institutional Securities Group and Global Wealth Management) ceased to have a
notifiable interest (i.e. its aggregate shareholding is below 3%) in the voting
rights attached Ordinary 13 8/9p shares of The Rank Group Plc.
