On 22 August 2008, the Company received notification from BNP Paribas London Branch (under the obligations imposed by Section DTR5 of the FSA's Disclosure & Transparency Rules) that, as at 21 August 2008, BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC ceased to have a notifiable interest in the voting rights attached to Ordinary 13 8/9p shares of The Rank Group Plc.
