Poly Dragon Holdings Limited

On 22 February 2011, The Rank Group Plc ("Rank") received notification, under the obligations imposed by Section DTR5 of the FSA's Disclosure & Transparency Rules, from Poly Dragon Holdings Limited ("Poly Dragon") that, as at 22 February 2011, Poly Dragon had a notifiable interest in the voting rights attached to 11,718,122 ordinary 13⁸/₉p shares representing 3.00% of the total voting rights in Rank.

Poly Dragon Holdings Limited is owned as to 100% by Mr Cheng Fu Zay.
