On 11 May 2009, The Rank Group Plc ('Rank') received notification from Aviva plc, under the obligations imposed by Section DTR5 of the FSA's Disclosure & Transparency Rules that, as at 8 May 2009, Aviva plc and its subsidiaries ceased to have a notifiable interest in the voting rights attached to ordinary 13 8/9p shares of Rank.
